Adirondack Fly Fishing Camp - The Mountaineer

Good Fishing in the Adirondacks: From Lake Champlain to the Streams of Tug Hill (Third Edition)

Guided Adirondack Fly Fishing Trips

The West Branch of the Ausable River is one of the premier fly fishing destinations east of the Mississippi. The river is a must-visit location for any angler looking for an Adirondack fly fishing experience.

Enjoy a weekend of fly casting and fly fishing instruction on location at the Elk Lake Lodge, bordering the Dix Mountain Wilderness, with experienced local instructors/guides. You will also have the opportunity to explore the spectacular trails of this 12,000 acre private reserve. Comfortable lodging (private rooms in the Main Lodge) and all meals (including lunch) are included, and participants will have access to Patagonia demo equipment and ECHO fly rods throughout the weekend. The Adirondack Fly Fishing Camp is limited to twelve (12) participants to preserve a low participant-guide ratio. The camp is for ALL abilities.
