The 21st FIPS-Mouche European Fly Fishing Championship will be held along the Sarca river, which comes from the glaciers of the Adamello and flows into Lake Garda, from where it exits with the name of Mincio. 77km separate the spring from the lake.
The Championship contests will take place on 4 different sections along the higher level of the Sarca river: in Val Genova, in the area around Pinzolo, in the neighbouring areas of Tione di Trento and in Terme di Comano/Ponte Arche. The fifth section will be the Lake of Nembia.
Every athlete will have at his/her disposal around 200 metres of river for each of the five contests, always with section rotation.
