October Hill, located at 222Lyons Plains Road in Weston, was selected because of its prime access to theSaugatuck River and has been identified as one of the premier spots for flyfishing in Fairfield County. The property, with 679 feet on both sides ofthe river, as well as private access to some of the finest trout fishing in theregion, is being offered for $8.95 million.

A fourth generation Wilton resident, Yates is a walking encyclopedia of coastal Connecticut angling. He knows the best places to fish (including many of the secret streams coursing through the region), the best times to go and strategies for fishing the tides.
